Flint Badger ("we," "us," or "our") is a professional graphic design and branding studio operating fully remotely. We provide design services to businesses worldwide, delivering all work as digital files. Our registered address is 116 Burch Oak Ln, Prestonsburg, KY 41653, United States.

We collect information you provide directly when you place an order, contact us, or create an account. This includes:

- Billing information (processed securely via Shopify Payments)
- Business name and project brief details you share with us

- Communicate project status, revisions, and deliverables

- Stripe — payment processing (where applicable)
All third parties are contractually obligated to keep your information confidential and use it only for the purposes we specify.
05 · Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by law. Project files and communications are retained for a minimum of 2 years following project completion to support revision requests and warranty claims.

07 · Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. All payment transactions are encrypted via SSL. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

Terms of Service
01 · Services Offered
Flint Badger provides professional graphic design and branding services delivered entirely as digital files. Our current service catalog:
02 · Order & Payment
All orders are placed through our Shopify storefront. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a separate written agreement has been made. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods supported by Shopify Payments. All prices are in USD.
03 · Project Process
Upon payment confirmation, we will contact you within 2 business days to initiate the project brief process. You agree to provide all necessary brand assets, references, and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by late client feedback may extend project timelines.
04 · Revisions
Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds:
- S/01 Logo & Brand Identity — 3 rounds of revisions
- S/02 Marketing Materials — 2 rounds of revisions
- S/03 Website Design — 3 rounds of revisions
- S/04 Monthly Support — revisions included within monthly hours
Additional revision rounds beyond the included allowance are billed at $120/hour.
05 · Deliverables & Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, Flint Badger transfers full commercial rights to all final deliverables to the client. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing prior to project start. Source files (Figma, AI, PSD) are included in all deliverables.
06 · Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that any content, logos, images, or other materials you provide to us do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights. You indemnify Flint Badger against any claims arising from materials you supply.
07 · Turnaround Times
- S/01 Logo & Brand Identity — 10–14 business days
- S/02 Marketing Materials — 7–10 business days
- S/03 Website Design — 21–28 business days
- S/04 Monthly Support — ongoing, requests fulfilled within 48 hours
Timelines begin after receipt of completed project brief and all required assets.
08 · Limitation of Liability
Flint Badger's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.
09 · Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Refund Policy
01 · Nature of Our Services
All Flint Badger services involve custom creative work produced specifically for each client. Design work is inherently subjective and time-intensive. As such, we cannot offer blanket refunds once work has commenced.
02 · Cancellation Before Work Begins
If you cancel your order before we have initiated the project brief process (within 24 hours of purchase and before any design work has started), you are eligible for a full refund. To request a cancellation, contact us at help@flintbadger.com or call +1 (606) 226-4935 with your order number.
03 · Cancellation After Work Has Begun
Once the project brief has been received and design work has commenced, the following applies:
- If cancelled before first concepts are delivered — 50% refund
- If cancelled after first concepts are delivered — no refund
- S/04 Monthly Support — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing month; no partial refunds for unused hours
04 · Dissatisfaction with Deliverables
We are committed to delivering work that meets the agreed-upon brief. If you are dissatisfied with the deliverables, we will work with you through the included revision rounds to address your concerns. Refunds are not issued on the basis of subjective preference if the work meets the specifications of the approved brief.
05 · Failure to Deliver
In the unlikely event that Flint Badger is unable to complete your project due to circumstances on our end, you will receive a full refund for any work not yet delivered, or a pro-rated refund for partially completed work.
06 · Duplicate Charges
If you believe you have been charged in error or received a duplicate charge, contact us immediately at help@flintbadger.com or +1 (606) 226-4935. We will investigate and resolve all billing errors promptly.
07 · Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
